- Investigate food-related complaints, ensuring appropriate enforcement action where necessary.
- Provide advice and guidance to food business operators to improve standards and compliance.
- Manage and prioritise your own caseload effectively, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records in line with legal and organisational requirements.
