Project Surveyor needed in St Albans. This is a temporary role and the rate is £22.49ph PAYE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of professional building surveying services relating to the repair, maintenance and planned improvements to leasehold properties and land. This also includes dealing with matters related to private boundary wall, re-roofing, window and door replacement, kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, repointing works, balcony and cladding refurbishment programmes.
