The successful candidate will be helping to align HR practices with overall business objectives. They will bridge the gap between HR and the business, ensuring that people strategies support the goals. The HRBP will work closely with directorates, service leaders and managers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to address people-related challenges and will collaborate with senior leaders to turn their strategic plans into tangible people plans.
