Pensions Team Leader needed in West London Paying £37 per hr ref 005630 Full time hours on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Assistant Pensions Team Manager in the day-to-day running of the Pension Service.
- Monitoring the performance of our pension administrator provider to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Managing and maintaining accurate member records and supporting employers in meeting their pension obligations.
- Calculating and verifying redundancy payments with precision.
- Processing all types of pension benefits and contributions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handling weekly payments and analysing monthly employer contribution remittances and schedules.
- Coordinating early retirement processes, providing data and liaising with administrators and stakeholders.
- Assisting with triannual valuations and audit requests.
- Onboarding new employers and admitted bodies into the Fund efficiently and accurately.
- Providing administrative support to senior pensions leadership as needed.
