Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Development: Motivate and guide a proactive team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement. Ensure our sheltered housing schemes are secure, clean, and well-maintained through regular monitoring and inspections.
  • Resident Support and Engagement: Efficiently manage vacant properties, ensuring timely repairs and smooth transitions for new residents. Minimise revenue loss by effectively managing rent arrears and promoting financial inclusion. Organise and promote engaging social activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and adhere to comprehensive service level agreements, policies, and procedures related to health, safety, and welfare. Implement strategies for resident involvement, ensuring their feedback shapes our services. Maintain strong relationships with support and care providers, ensuring seamless responses to emergencies.
  • Financial Management: Lead budget planning, control expenditure, and identify opportunities to improve value for money. Provide data to demonstrate performance against key performance indicators, driving continuous improvement.
