Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Management and Refurbishment & Demolition asbestos surveys within domestic dwellings.
- Identify, assess, and record asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in accordance with industry standards and legislation.
- Produce accurate survey reports and maintain detailed records.
- Upload and manage survey information using asset management systems and databases.
- Liaise professionally with residents, contractors, clients, and colleagues.
- Ensure all findings are recorded accurately and submitted within agreed timescales.
- Work in accordance with health and safety legislation, company policies, and best practice guidance.
- Support the ongoing management of asbestos risks across the property portfolio.
