Senior Housing Management Services Officer needed in Uxbridge

The rate is £27.92ph PAYE.

This is a temporary role.

The successful candidate will lead on prevention and intervention to help residents sustain tenancies. They will work with internal and external stakeholders to contribute directly to the vision to keep communities safe and will have a clear focus on intervening and resolving reports of ASB and Domestic Abuse. Referrals and signposting will be made quickly and accurately, supporting residents, particularly vulnerable residents, to ensure tenants feel safe in their homes. Developing strong partnerships with internal and external agencies to assess and manage risk and employ a range of intervention and support measures to mitigate risk to residents and tenancies to secure positive outcomes.
