Senior Development Officer needed in East London
The rate is £217.63 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will work with colleagues to achieve service plan objectives/targets and ensure full compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 etc.
They will assist with the development and implementation of OD, change and engagement activities to deliver People Strategy priorities and will support organisational change and transformation through delivery of effective OD interventions.
They will contribute to programmes and projects that support organisational performance improvement and the effective identification and development of Talent and will develop and deliver an effective approach to employee engagement survey, ensuring a focus on identifying key improvement themes, development of action plans, monitoring and reporting on impact.
