Senior Change Manager needed in Liverpool Β£27.27ph PAYE β Reference: RQ1550938
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting our wider Transformation Team to embed change management approaches, methodologies and tools into their toolkit, by delivering change management training, coaching and support to our Transformation Team.
- Proactively understand the change management needs of our Programmes and projects providing: coaching and mentoring to teams to support; direct support / input into Programmes; or support in identifying the need for change manager recruitment.
- Support the development of our organisational expertise across our wider leadership team on change management, to enable improved change management across the organisation.
- Help embed change management methodologies in our tools and approaches, working closely with the PMO team.
- Pave the way for improving and embedding change management functions, whilst we recruit to a permanent Senior Change Manager role.
This is a Full time role on a temporary basis.
