Full time hours on a temporary basis
Role Purpose:
Support the education systems by manually cleansing data to improve its quality in the SEND service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleanse EYES and EHM education management systems by checking records, adding missing details, and removing conflicts.
- Engage with service officers to assess and verify learner records.
- Escalate complex errors to the project team.
- Contact schools to verify records from the live data feed.
- Promote best practices in data cleansing.
- Analyse and share causes of data quality issues with the project team.
