Role Accountabilities
- Coordinate the delivery of the Cheshire Contribution programme, ensuring an efficient process is in place. This includes on-site management to support the successful completion of tasks during events.
- Develop a comprehensive operational guide, including checklists, safety protocols, risk assessments, and induction materials, while ensuring all necessary equipment is available to deliver activities effectively.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver events, including creating and developing marketing materials to attract appropriate stakeholders, local communities, and volunteers.
- Recruit volunteers and local residents to support individual projects.
- Identify and engage trusted local hosts and coordinators to facilitate activity on the ground, maintaining regular communication throughout the programme.
- Collaborate with local authorities, public sector organisations, and other partners to co-create high-impact projects in visible locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across partner organisations to identify suitable projects, engage relevant stakeholders, and unlock the resources, capacity, and connections needed to deliver successfully.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Cheshire Contribution programme, providing guidance and support to participants as well as partner organisations.
