Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse property portfolio, including leasing, acquisitions, disposals and valuations.
- Undertake rent reviews, lease renewals, negotiations and landlord/tenant matters.
- Provide professional estate management advice to internal teams and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure statutory compliance, property maintenance and asset performance standards are met.
- Commission and manage external consultants where required.
- Prepare reports, options appraisals and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to estate optimisation projects and long-term asset planning.
- Mentor junior staff and support the wider Estates team.
