Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse property portfolio, including leasing, acquisitions, disposals and valuations.
  • Undertake rent reviews, lease renewals, negotiations and landlord/tenant matters.
  • Provide professional estate management advice to internal teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, property maintenance and asset performance standards are met.
  • Commission and manage external consultants where required.
  • Prepare reports, options appraisals and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to estate optimisation projects and long-term asset planning.
  • Mentor junior staff and support the wider Estates team.
