Community Warden needed in Rugby

The successful candidate will deliver visible, proactive enforcement patrols across the borough, acting as a recognisable and reassuring presence to deter anti‑social behaviour and promote a cleaner, greener and safer environment.
They will confidently engage with residents, encouraging positive behaviour and compliance with local legislation, while responding flexibly to a wide range of service needs. Using sound judgement, they will investigate breaches, issue Fixed Penalty Notices, Penalty Charge Notices and Public Space Protection Orders, and address offences such as littering, fly‑tipping, trade waste, dog control issues, stray dog collection, noise nuisance and parking contraventions.
They will also support emergency responses for food, health and safety concerns, work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, and provide helpful, professional assistance to members of the public at all times.
