Responsibilities:
- Engage with individuals and groups in the community, particularly hard-to-reach citizens with multiple needs.
- Promote services, projects, and support programmes at community level.
- Provide information in education, employment advice, or social care contexts.
- Build trust with participants experiencing poverty, unemployment, or social disadvantage.
- Complete administrative and monitoring tasks to a high standard, maintaining accurate records.
- Support participants to access statutory, voluntary, and private-sector services.
- Uphold confidentiality, data protection, and excellent customer care at all times.
