  • Carry out inspections across residential and non‑residential sites in line with statutory requirements.
  • Assess plans, specifications, and building works to ensure compliance with Building Regulations.
  • Provide clear, expert advice to contractors, developers, architects, and the public.
  • Prepare accurate inspection reports, notices, and enforcement documentation.
  • Identify contraventions and take appropriate action to resolve non‑compliance.
  • Maintain full registration with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) and comply with competency frameworks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of building control processes and service delivery.
  • Represent the organisation at meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
