Quality Assurance & Standards Officer needed in North London. Paying £27.81 per hr. Full time hours on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake reconciliation of affordable rent agreements and confirm GLA approvals for all affordable rent units.
  • Review service charges for affordable rented properties, ensuring they are appropriately removed or incorporated into rent levels.
  • Investigate and resolve cases where London Affordable Rent (LAR) properties are being charged above approved rates.
  • Analyse rent data across approximately 1,365 properties to identify any overcharges and implement appropriate repayment processes.
  • Validate rent levels and coordinate refunds where necessary.
  • Review existing property valuations and implement a consistent approach across the housing portfolio.
  • Lead valuation rationalisation exercises (circa 7,500 properties) ahead of rent convergence modelling.
  • Produce detailed reports and provide recommendations to improve processes and compliance.
  • Ensure all work aligns with relevant legislation, GLA guidance, and organisational standards.
