Full time hours on a temporarybasis

We are seeking a skilled Prosecution Lawyer to manage a caseload of prosecution and enforcement matters , including anti-social behaviour litigation, licensing disputes, and general litigation. You will oversee cases from initial instruction to court advocacy , ensuring robust legal support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle prosecution and enforcement cases
• Manage anti-social behaviour litigation & licensing matters
• Provide expert legal advice on local authority enforcement
• Assist senior officers in shaping policy & procedures

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor / Barrister / Legal Executive
• Experience in prosecution, enforcement, or regulatory law
• Strong legal advisory & advocacy skills
