Full time hours on a temporarybasis

We are seeking a proactiveProperty Risk and PPM Officerto support the effective management of statutory compliance and property-related risks across the portfolio. Youll work across teams and with contractors to ensure safety standards are met in areas including fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, water, and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage property compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain the Property Services Risk Register and insurance compliance.
  • Support statutory maintenance, audits, and refurbishment projects.
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure legal and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and use CAFM systems effectively.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on property safety matters.
  • Deputise for the Risk & PPM Supervisor when required.
