Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the strategic interface between service areas and the Property function.
  • Provide expert advice on all aspects of property asset management, supporting service delivery in a cost-effective manner.
  • Lead on initiatives to rationalise the property portfolio, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and improved utilisation of assets.
  • Work closely with the Asset Strategy Manager and service leads to develop and implement Service Asset Management Plans (SAMPs).
  • Translate organisational and service-level strategic objectives into practical, deliverable property solutions.
  • Ensure property requirements are considered within a corporate, cross-functional context, balancing competing priorities.
  • Support the optimisation of property performance through data-driven decision making and proactive stakeholder engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align property strategies with operational needs.
