  • Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of programmes across Resident Services. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery. Monitor programme performance, manage risks, and report on progress to senior leadership. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.

    Knowledge & Experience

    We’re looking for someone with a strong background in programme or project management, ideally within a public sector or service delivery context. Knowledge of the following service areas is highly beneficial:

    Waste, Fleet and City Services – understanding of operational logistics and environmental impact. Regulatory Services – familiarity with compliance, enforcement, and public protection. Leisure Services – insight into community engagement and wellbeing initiatives. Parking & Traffic Management – experience with urban mobility, infrastructure, and policy.
