Damp and Mould related, to lead and coordinate damp and mould-related maintenance, and improvement works across our estates. This is a key role in ensuring our properties remain safe, healthy, and compliant environments for residents and staff. You will manage a portfolio of minor works projects, with a strong focus on specifying, and delivering remedial works to address damp, mould, and condensation issues. Working closely with surveyors, contractors, and internal teams, you'll ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- DRI surveys
- CDM compliance
- Health and safety management
- Project programming
- Project finance
- Project delivery
- Scheduling of resources to suit the demand
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
