Plumber needed in Oldham
The rate is £13.95ph PAYE.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme is completed in line with specifications and Work Packages.
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance.
- Conduct fault finding.
- Identify life-expired equipment.
- Check, repair, and make good faults and life-expired equipment.
- Carry out inspections, water sampling, and risk assessments.
- Perform mains water supply repairs.
- Ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and in accordance with method statements.
- Minimise wastage and continually improve processes.
- Ensure statutory works are completed on time and are compliant.
- This role may include working at height and in all weather conditions.
