Job Description

The Litigation and Planning team is seeking an experienced local government lawyer with strong highways and PROW experience as well as general litigation experience.

You will manage a varied caseload focused on highways and PROW but also including civil and criminal litigation. You will be expected to offer some supervision to junior members of the team.

We are looking for an individual with excellent written and verbal skills. It is essential that the individual has substantial experience of highway and local government law. You must be willing to learn new areas of law to be able to provide fast paced legal advice on a range of topics.

Previous Local Government experience is essential.
