PCN Appeals Team Officer needed in Bristol

The rate is £13.76ph PAYE

The successful candidate will support the development and delivery of services within the Management of Place division by providing technical and customer service assistance to the team manager on various projects in front line activities.

They will ensure tasks are allocated aspects of the project are completed on time and to standards set by the team manager.

  • Data entry onto spreadsheets and databases
  • Responding to appeals against Penalty Charge Notices
  • Responding to general enquiries via email
  • General office and admin duties including opening and logging post
