Passenger Fleet Supervisor needed in North London Paying £39,276k per annum ref OR107586 Full time hours on a permanent basis Key Responsibilities Support the management of the in-house Passenger Fleet Service, ensuring transport services meet operational requirements and customer needs.
Assist in the day-to-day supervision of drivers and fleet staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Advise management on the availability and cost-effectiveness of transport resources, including internal fleet assets and external providers.
Monitor fleet performance, utilisation, and service delivery against agreed targets and KPIs.
Coordinate vehicle and driver resources to ensure efficient service provision.
Support the implementation of operational improvements and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
Ensure compliance with relevant transport legislation, health and safety requirements, and organisational policies.
Assist with incident investigations, performance management, and service reporting.
Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, service users, contractors, and external stakeholders.
