Essential Employment is seeking an individual to assist in clearing a backlog of stage 1 complaints related to housing needs, homelessness, and temporary accommodation. The successful candidate will work 3 days a week in the office and must have experience with local authority complaints handling.
The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of the Housing Act 96 and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2018.
