Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to monitor parking compliance.
- Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) where necessary, in line with legislation.
- Provide advice and guidance to motorists and the general public.
- Maintain accurate records and evidence (including use of handheld devices).
- Report abandoned vehicles, faulty signage, or parking issues.
- Work in accordance with local authority policies and procedures.
- Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
