Organisational Design Consultant needed in Stafford Paying £650 per day ref 375966 Full time hours on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead organisational design and workforce planning initiatives across departments.
  • Analyse current structures, roles, and reporting lines to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop future-state organisation models aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Conduct job evaluation, role profiling, and capability assessments.
  • Support change management and transition planning, ensuring successful implementation of new structures.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to provide expert advice and influence decision-making.
  • Facilitate workshops, consultation processes, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, employment legislation, and public sector governance.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership teams.
