Operations Support Officer needed in Barnsley. The rate is £13.10ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. Reference number: 000A 15F6 / 1
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be processing timesheets, allocating works and ordering materials. They will be assisting Operations managers in successfully delivering projects on budget, time and quality targets. The role will include working as part of a team to carry out general admin and clerical duties such as inputting timesheets, ordering materials and processing works instruction to contractors.
Requirements
The role will be mainly office based with some opportunity for home working. A good knowledge of IT systems such as Excel and other Microsoft packages, and experience with any local authority systems would be a benefit but not essential.
