Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency equipment.
- Diagnose faults, replace defective components, undertake rewiring and circuit testing, and maintain accurate records of electrical installations.
- Work collaboratively with estates and facilities teams, responding effectively to urgent breakdowns and supporting security‑critical infrastructure to guarantee reliable service delivery.
- Inspect and test electrical systems in line with current regulations, maintain emergency lighting and building management systems, and contribute to the smooth running of the environment through professional, dependable performance.
