The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating repair and maintenance activities, ensuring the efficient scheduling of daily workloads for operatives and contractors. They will manage appointments, maintain and update diaries, reallocate resources as priorities change, and coordinate emergency and follow on works to ensure service delivery remains on track.
The role will involve maintaining accurate records, carrying out a range of administrative duties, and acting as a key point of contact for tenants, contractors and colleagues, providing professional and customer-focused communication at all times. The ideal candidate will possess strong diary management and administrative experience within a busy, high-volume environment, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands effectively. They will be confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems, capable of making timely decisions under pressure, and committed to delivering a fair, efficient and customer-focused service. Relevant administrative qualifications or substantial proven experience in a similar coordination or planning role will be highly beneficial.
