Facilities management assistant needed in Nottingham, £13.91ph PAYE - Reference:1774181
- Enhanced DBS required 1.To assist the Account Manager by supporting the management of service delivery and customer satisfaction within a designated number of area-based sites. (Facilities Management Service Level Agreements/Contracts)
- 2.To undertake an active role in the recruitment, retention, and training / development of frontline Building Cleaning employees through application form assessment and interviewing candidates for cleaning and caretaking positions.
- 3. To meet and visit customers to ensure the service is providing high levels of customer satisfaction via discussions and planned meetings to review service performance at agreed and required standards.
- 4. To undertake site visits daily to ensure frontline employees are delivering high service standards and high levels of customer satisfaction. To record visits and provide inspections/audits to aid Account Managers in ensuring service standards are maintained as per contract requirement.
- 5. To plan, review and allocate mobile employees to sites in order to ensure absences occurring through employee sickness , absence and annual leave are covered satisfactorily.
