Overview
Compliance Officer needed in Nottingham. This is a temporary role and the hourly rate is £22.98ph PAYE. The reference number is: RQ .
Responsibilities
- Undertake scheduled inspections for Legionella, asbestos, fire systems, emergency egress and M&E plant.
- Identify noncompliance and raise remedial actions via CAFM.
- Maintain working knowledge of Word and Excel; utilise CAFM where available.
- Demonstrate the ability to drive with a current clean driving licence.
Requirements
- Driving licence (clean).
- Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with CAFM preferred.
- Ability to use computer systems to log inspections and remedial actions.
