Temporary Call Centre Role

We have 2 call centre roles available. Temporary role initially until the end of August to be reviewed. 22 hours, 5pm – 10:30pm. Taking inbound calls offering out of hours advice and support service.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check necessary.
  • Working on a 3‑week rolling rota, 22 hours per week.

Week 1: 17:00 – 22:30 Monday to Friday (weekend off)

Week 2: 17:00 – 22:30 Monday to Friday (weekend off)

Week 3: 09:00 – 21:00 Saturday and Sunday (Monday to Friday off)

Full‑time Role

Full‑time role, 37 hours, 11:00pm – 7am. The role is shift‑based across 7 days. Shift pattern is from 23:00 to 07:00am, working permanent night duty. 3‑week rota with weekend working.

Requirements:

  • Experience using computers and telephony skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check necessary.
