Lead Officer - Development Management needed in Kingston. This is a temporary contract paying £45.66ph PAYE. The successful candidate will coordinate the handling of the entire planning process from pre-application to development for the key sites and identified major developments within the borough. Through a project management style approach, this role will be responsible for facilitating positive outcomes from the planning process to support delivery on high profile, strategically significant and complex sites. The role reports directly to the Head of Development Management and has no direct reports.
