The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for temporary HR Business Partner capacity, to provide support on the Operational HR Team whilst the transformation programme is delivered.
You will have experience in two or more areas of HR work such as casework, employee relations, organisational development, organisational reviews or HR policy development.
You will use your skills and experience, alongside your up to date knowledge of employment case law and your knowledge of local government to provide bespoke and tailored advice to managers and services supporting an enabling them to deliver outcomes within timescale.
Skills and experience in job design and job evaluation will be advantageous in this role when supporting with service review work, however this is not essential.
