Neighbourhood Services Coordinator needed in West London
The rate is £23.20ph PAYE.
This is a temporary role.
The reference number is: 5263184.
The successful candidate will deliver outstanding services to residents living in owned/managed properties and embed a culture of a resident-first approach. They will be acting as the single point of contact for all matters related to tenancy, anti-social behaviour, and issues related to communal areas of estates. The candidate will provide a joint-up service and ensure that other services are part of a coordinated approach, including being a representative for tenants/leaseholders when there are concerns with other teams’ service standards, such as repairs within properties or communal areas.
