Key Requirements
- Ability to undertake a range of secondary trade duties, including basic plumbing, tiling, plaster patching and general maintenance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own tools required
Duties Include
- Responsive repairs and maintenance to housing stock
- Diagnosing and resolving repair issues on first visit where possible
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants
This is afull time role on atemporary contract basis.
