Wellbeing and Occupational Health Advisor needed in Swinton. Paying £17.82 per hr. Full time hours on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to managers and colleagues on wellbeing and occupational health practices, legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Support delivery of wellbeing and occupational health strategies, projects, and initiatives.
  • Maintain systems and ensure accurate, timely data entry and record keeping.
  • Monitor and improve data quality through regular validation and cleansing activities.
  • Respond to enquiries, investigating and resolving queries effectively.
  • Prepare and issue accurate documentation, communications, and records.
  • Work to KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate occupational health processes and support managers throughout.
  • Produce KPI reports and analyse service performance.
  • Develop and maintain processes, guidance, and toolkits.
  • Act as escalation point for contractor and supplier issues, supporting resolution and contract management.
