Voids / Repairs Surveyor needed in Manchester. This is a temporary contract paying £25.05ph PAYE.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in surveying both tenanted and void social housing properties, producing accurate schedules of works, issuing instructions, and ensuring timely progression of repairs and maintenance. They will demonstrate excellent knowledge of SORs, construction techniques, and maintenance methodologies, while confidently liaising with residents, colleagues, contractors, and wider stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service. A valid driving licence is essential for this role.
