Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of property law matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development agreements and land assembly.
- Lead on complex, high-value and politically sensitive property transactions.
- Draft, negotiate and complete a variety of commercial and residential property documents.
- Advise senior stakeholders on legal risk, governance and commercial considerations.
- Support strategic projects such as regeneration, investment and development programmes.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and legal officers, ensuring quality and consistency of advice.
- Ensure legal work is delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with organisational objectives.
