Business Services Assistant needed in Long Eaton. This is a temporary contract initially paying £12.71ph PAYE. The successful candidate will start at the Long Eaton location but will move in a couple of months to Heanor.
The team you will be working in is the local welfare assistance scheme for Derbyshire residents. It is a busy team who regularly deal with residents in crisis. A significant part of the role is speaking to residents and professionals on the telephone. The successful candidate will be able to show empathy and work in a timely manner to lessen the stress felt by the residents.
