Responsibilities

  • Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations of the Fire Safety Team and Building Safety Team by:

  • Supporting the preparation of reports.
  • Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, preparing agendas, and documenting key actions.
  • Facilitating clear communication and follow‑up across the team.
  • Maintaining compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
