Structural Engineer needed in Westminster, Β£216.43 per day PAYE β Reference: RQ.
Responsibilities:
- Review and check structural designs submitted as part of planning or building regulation applications.
- Provide timely responses to basement development consultations issued by Planning.
- Conduct occasional on-site inspections where required.
- Advise, prepare reports, and support actions relating to Dangerous Structures.
- Act as a core member of the Dangerous Structures team.
- Manage workload efficiently, ensuring service-level agreements and response times are consistently met.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
