As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of housing capital projects, ensuring value for money, high-quality outcomes and achievement of annual spend targets. You will lead internal project teams and oversee the work of contractors, technical consultants and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a major share of the Housing Capital Programme (£10m p/a)
- Lead internal teams, external consultants and contractors
- Oversee contracts to ensure compliance, value for money and programme quality
- Ensure projects meet performance, quality, and financial targets
- Drive delivery to meet annual spend commitments
- Monitor risks, budgets, timelines and performance indicators
- Ensure all work aligns with statutory, safety and procurement requirements
