NEC Project Manager needed in East London Paying Β£408.14 per day ref Full time hours on a temporarybasisKey ResponsibilitiesNEC Systems ImplementationLead the end-to-end delivery of NEC system implementations across multiple active modules.Manage project activities from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.Coordinate the delivery of multiple concurrent NEC workstreams and ensure alignment across all modules.Oversee technical integrations between NEC systems and third-party applications.Ensure solutions meet business requirements and operational objectives.Project Planning & GovernanceDevelop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans.Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Manage project governance arrangements and reporting processes.Implement change control procedures to manage scope, risks, and dependencies.Maintain and regularly review RAIDD logs to identify and mitigate delivery risks.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams.Build effective relationships with business users, technical teams, vendors, and senior management.Facilitate project workshops, steering groups, and operational meetings.Provide regular project updates, dashboards, and progress reports to stakeholders.Escalate risks, issues, and decisions where appropriate.Team Coordination & DeliveryLead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.Coordinate activities across technical, operational, and business workstreams.Monitor deliverables and drive accountability across project teams.Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.Support teams in resolving implementation challenges and delivery risks.Testing & Operational ReadinessOversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across all modules.Coordinate testing plans, defect resolution, and sign-off processes.Ensure operational readiness requirements are met before deployment.Manage go-live planning, cutover activities, and post-implementation support.Ensure appropriate documentation, training, and knowledge
