Multi Skilled Engineer- Plastering bias needed in Camden Paying £161.50 per day ref OR
Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Key Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, patch repairs, rendering, dry lining, float and set, and ceiling repairs.
Undertake repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties.
Complete multi-trade works including basic carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating, and minor brickwork repairs.
Diagnose building defects and complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.
Respond to reactive maintenance requests and support planned improvement programmes.
Maintain accurate records of completed works using mobile devices or job management systems.
Liaise professionally with residents, customers, contractors, and colleagues.
Identify additional repairs and report property issues where necessary.
Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained and used safely.
