Job Description Litigation Lawyer - Housing Disrepair needed to work around Central London Paying Β£45 per hr ref OR113609 Full time hours on a temporary basis Legal Services Provide legal advice on housing management and landlord & tenant disputes. Manage housing disrepair and housing condition litigation from inception to conclusion. Draft pleadings, particulars of claim, defences, witness statements, injunction applications, committal applications, and trial documentation. Conduct advocacy where appropriate (excluding trials). Support stakeholders across the organisation on legal and litigation matters. Deliver housing law and litigation training to colleagues. Serve as the legal lead and centre of excellence for housing disrepair and housing condition litigation. Develop and maintain legal templates, precedents, and best practice guidance. Support legal colleagues with complex disrepair matters. Develop, coach and support junior legal staff. Conduct performance management, induction, and development activities.
