The successful candidate will lead and supervise the Caretaking Service across all areas on a pro rata basis, covering weekends.

They will carry out bulk refuse collections, minor repairs, cover caretaking duties, perform pressure washing and other associated duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and manage the Caretaker Team to ensure the service runs effectively across all areas at the highest possible standards.
  • To organise and set work rotas for the mobile team staff to maintain appropriate staffing levels at all times.
  • To manage staff performance to meet organisational aims and objectives, including implementation of Clarion’s Performance Review and conducting 1:1 supervision sessions.
  • To maintain performance data relating to bulk refuse, minor repairs and special projects.
  • To work as part of the Team on a rota basis, including weekends, to ensure a fully efficient service is provided.
  • To assist in producing regular reports on all aspects of the team as required.
  • To attend evening meetings as required.
