Essential Employment is seeking an Estate Manager for East London on a temporary basis. The rate is £15.27ph PAYE and the role covers weekends.

The successful candidate will lead and supervise the Caretaking Service across all areas, carry out bulk refuse collections, minor repairs and pressure washing.

They will organise rotas for the mobile team to maintain staffing levels at all times, monitor performance, produce regular reports and attend evening meetings as required.
